SOLO
Responsibility continues beyond the moment of decision. Over time, it shapes a cadence.
SOLO is neither optimisation
nor preparation.
It owes nothing — neither impact nor outcome.
Nothing is required here.
The Frame
SOLO takes place one-to-one.
Seven days in the Nordic wilderness.
No group.
No observation.
The setting is remote.
The way in is uncomplicated.
The external frame is clear.
Nothing needs to be held within.
The days follow a quiet rhythm
shaped by light, weather, and terrain.
Movement during the day.
Fire in the evening.
Nothing to be achieved.
Less. Only what holds.
Equipment, clothing, food and logistics are provided.
Meals are simple, warm, and steady.
Sleeping takes place outdoors within a protected setting.
No physical preparation is required.
The frame draws on forest sciences and extended time alone in remote wilderness.
Access
Limited to five individuals per year to protect the integrity of the frame.
Entry begins with a brief conversation. Access emerges through fit, not demand.
SOLO takes place in spring and autumn. Dates are arranged individually.
